1. Pick CSV or Excel.
2. Choose Blog as the entity.
3. Select the fields you need, such as title, handle, or commentPolicy.
4. Run the task and download your file.

3. Import

Supported commands in the command column: CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE

Required fields for CREATE: title and handle (handle must be unique).

1. Get the sample file: Blog-import-sample.xlsx
2. Edit rows as needed.
3. In DataEase, match the columns, upload the file, and start the import.

4. Field reference

• id — Unique blog ID. Needed for UPDATE or DELETE.

• createdAt — Date the blog was created (ISO 8601). Export only.

• handle — URL-friendly name used in the blog link. Must be unique.

• tags — List of tags from the 200 most recent articles. Export only. See tag rules in the tag guide.

• templateSuffix — Alternate Liquid template (e.g., custom). Leave blank for default.

• title — Blog title shown to shoppers.

• commentPolicy — Comment setting: AUTO_PUBLISHED, MODERATED, or CLOSED.

• feedPath — Feed provider URL path. Export only.

• feedLocation — Full feed provider URL. Export only.

• updatedAt — Last update time (ISO 8601). Export only.

• command — CREATE, UPDATE, or DELETE for this blog.

5. Filters

• Handle — Export blogs whose handle equals or contains the text you enter.

• Title — Export blogs where title contains the text you enter.

• CreatedAt — Choose a creation date or range.

• UpdatedAt — Choose a last-updated date or range.
