DataEase is a Shopify app for bulk import and export of store data using spreadsheet files (CSV, TSV, XLSX) and Google Sheets/Drive. Export any entity to a clean file, edit it in your tool of choice, and import it back — with validation and a full task log.

Start here

• Import data — prepare a file, upload, validate, review.
• Export data — pick an entity and fields, download CSV/Excel.
• Commands — the command column: CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, IGNORE, MERGE, REPLACE.

Supported entities

DataEase supports importing and exporting these Shopify entities. Each has its own supported fields and commands.

• Catalog: Products, Variants, Bundles, Collections
• Sales: Orders, Draft Orders, Discounts, Payouts
• People: Customers, Companies (B2B)
• Content: Articles, Blogs, Comments, Pages, Menus, Files, Redirects, Translations
• Custom data: Metafields, Metafield Definitions, Metaobjects
• Store: Shop, Events
