Export Products from a Specific Collection

Export only the products that belong to a chosen collection by using the Collection ID filter in DataEase.

Steps:

1. Create an export

In DataEase, go to New Export → Products.

2. Apply the filter

In Filters, set Collection ID to the ID of the target collection.

  • Run a Collections export in DataEase and copy the id for the collection you need.
  • Or open the collection in Shopify Admin and copy the numeric ID from the page URL (e.g., /collections/1234567890).

3. Run the export and download the CSV/Excel file

Tips

  • You can combine Collection ID with other filters (e.g., tag, vendor, status) to refine the subset.
  • Selecting only the columns you need keeps the export smaller and faster.
