AI Agent
The AI Agent in DataEase is designed to make your experience smoother and faster. Instead of going through multiple steps to configure an export, you can now simply tell the AI what you want, and it will do the work for you.
💬 What is the AI Agent?
The AI Agent allows you to chat with your data. Just type what you want to export, like:
“Export all products with price over 50 dollars.”
The agent understands your request and translates it into a full export configuration. It opens the export page with the correct entity, filters, and settings-so you can review or run the export instantly.
🧠 What Can It Do?
- Understands natural language commands.
- Detects the correct data entity (like products, orders, customers).
- Applies filters based on your request (e.g. price ranges, tags, dates).
- Opens the export setup page with all fields pre-filled.
- Saves you time by skipping manual configuration.
🗂️ Use Prebuilt Presets
Besides custom requests, the AI Agent can also recommend prebuilt export presets. These are ready-to-use configurations for common tasks-like exporting:
- All active products
- Recent orders from last 7 days
- Draft orders with a specific tag
Just pick one and run it!

🔹 Export Product Catalog
“Give me a file with all active products, including prices and SKUs.”
The AI will set up the export of the Product entity, include all relevant fields, and apply filters for active status.
🔹 Sync with External System
“Export customer emails and order history from the last month.”
You’ll get a download-ready export with Customer and Order data, all in just a few seconds.
